Abs, muscle tone, and body weight are controlled by diet and consistent intelligent exercise. There's no reason to starve. I've created recipes that keep me happy and full all day, and have substitutions for just about every craving. A common misconception is that you have to workout all the time. I cook every day. It's the best way to stay healthy. Most of my meals can be prepared in 5 to 10 minutes. I tell my clients exactly what to cook, what prepackaged snacks to get from the grocery store, and what to order at popular restaurants.
